Dandara are proud to present the Stoneywood Estate Development in Bucksburn, Aberdeen. Stoneywood Estate is situated to the North West of Aberdeen City Centre.

With the mature woodland surroundings and views over the River Don, Stoneywood is a truly picturesque location.

Stoneywood Estate has received an allocation of 500 homes in the Proposed Local Development Plan for the period 2007-2016. Dandara are currently liaising with council officials with the aspiration to publish a Masterplan for the entire project.
